This year Steve will be celebrating eleven years of remarkable business, a business that started with the simple aspiration to open up a restaurant on Main Street in East Greenwich.

Now almost a dozen years later, Steve has built a cuisine empire. His business has flourished into an independent family of value oriented restaurants: The Grille On Main in East Greenwich, The Post Office Cafe in East Greenwich, Cucina Twist at 2095 Kingston Road is South Kingston, Cucina at 900 Victory Highway in North Smithfield, Twist in Warwick on Bald Hill Road, Twist on Angell Street in Providence, and his newest enterprise Waterplace in Downtown providence.
